I-43 Nude Pastel

Application: Apply Fluid Rubber Base to the base coating. Dry in a UV or LED lamp (do not apply the shade of the gel immediately on the natural nail). In an LED lamp, the drying time is 30 sec.  IN UV lamp – 2 min. Then cover with topcoat Rock Top Coat.
